Privacy Policy

How your information is stored, who can see it, and how to get it removed.

The short version

We keep only what the game needs.

PPFL is a free fantasy platform, not an advertising business. We store the small amount of information required to run your account and your league, we keep it in our own hosting, and we do not sell it or hand it to advertisers. Below is exactly what is kept, where it can be seen, and how to have it taken away.

What we collect

Your account

The email address you sign in with, either typed in with a password or shared by your Google account. That email is how PPFL knows a draft pick, a lineup or a trade message belongs to you. You also choose a display name.

Your team identity

The team name, the two-to-five letter abbreviation, and the logo you upload or link. The logo file is kept in private storage, not in a public gallery, and is only shown where your team appears.

Your gameplay record

The leagues you join or create, your roster and bench, every draft pick you make, waiver adds and drops, trades you propose or accept along with the messages attached to them, the lineups you set, and the weekly points and standings that come from them.

Who can see it

Inside your league

Your team name, abbreviation, logo and manager display name, your full roster and lineup, and your weekly scores and standing. That is what makes a league work — the other managers need to see who they are playing.

In a trade you are part of

Only the managers on that specific trade see the players offered and the messages exchanged. It is not published to the rest of the league.

Public player pages

Player profile pages are open to everyone and hold no information about you. They show public-domain lacrosse information about players, which is not personal data.

Outside your league

Nothing. Another league's managers cannot browse your roster, and visitors who are not signed in cannot see team or league pages.

How it is kept

  • Your account and league records live in PPFL's own database, and uploaded logos sit in private file storage that is not open to the public internet.
  • Your password is stored as a protected credential, never as plain text, and is only ever used to let you sign back in.
  • Signing in leaves a session on the device you used so you stay signed in between visits. Signing out clears it.
  • The player names, teams, numbers, schedules and statistics shown on the site are public-domain lacrosse information, not information about you.

What we never do

  • No payment details. PPFL is free to play, so there is no card number, no wallet and no billing record to keep.
  • No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts running in the background of the site.
  • No selling, renting or trading of your information to anyone. It stays inside PPFL's own hosting.

Your controls

Change it

Rename your team, change its abbreviation, swap its logo, or set a new password any time from your Account page.

Step away

Sign out to clear the session on that device. Your league record stays where it is until you come back.

Have it removed

Want your account and its records deleted? Message the Admin and it will be done. Tell us the email you signed up with and we will confirm when it is cleared.

If this changes

If PPFL ever starts collecting something new, this page is updated and the date below is changed. Nothing is collected quietly. Questions about anything written here go straight to the Admin.
